Part one of the "War on Society"

This is the first document explaining the Anarchy planned by my group of hometown "rebels". This document describes some devices that are simple, deadly, and quite illegal to build, but effective in what they do.

Section One: Localize the problem.

Materials Needed: A Briefcase, a Nine Volt Battery, Two coils and the Device on attached "Data0001.pdf"

Squad: Three to Five People... Or a proper Timing Device.

Method: the device in document 0001 is a Monostatic Wave Frequency Distorter, a device that floods the air waves with high volumes of static, rendering one tower or sender essentially useless. These are perfect for botching swat squads, taking down antenna arrays, or flooding dispatch centers with static. They require not many materials and can be so useful. The squad will want to hunt down and deploy one of these devices at any location which has a sender and free, public acess. As most of the technical side of you readers can see, it's just a modified tesla device.

Section Two: Erradicate the Infection

Materials Needed: A Briefcase, A car battery, 500 round coil, a capacitor bank(see "Data0001.pdf"), some sort of high volume explosive.

Squad: One

Method: The device described here and in the secod part of document 0001 is a simplified version of a very complex device: The Electromagnetic Pulse Field Generator, or EMP. How it works, is a charge is built up in the coils surrounding the explosive, and the explosive is detonated, sending those free atoms and electrons spinning wildly into the surrounding space, easily frying any electronics in the near vacinity. It is easy to build, but leavs quite a bit of evidence, so BE CAREFUL!!! This is perfect for a final strike at the Isolated system, but make sure you remove your equipment first or it will be a very short fleight.
